Are ChatGPT & Copilot secure for my data?

I get this question very often, and the answer is: Consult your IT department and review your organization's policy before using any AI tool!

I touch on data security briefly in my Microsoft Copilot Essentials course, and I personally use ChatGPT and Copilot daily. These companies also have IT policies in place, and all the details are clearly outlined on their websites!
